Is it me or does raven use faith when bonus attacking?

wow! It's true! Can't believe that bug is undiscovered for 2 years...

I finally found it. Played this game over a year ago and had a blast. It's a really fun game with great mechanics. You should update it and launch it on steam.

very soon! \o/

would love to see this game get updated :

I really enjoyed this game. Incarnator and Paladin are indeed OP, but it's possible to get a perfect run without them, as seen here:

This is a very fun game, its simple but fun to get op combos. I just think there's a few balance issues that could be tweaked.

The gateway, conscripts, and guy who takes 1 dmg if last seem way too good. On their own they are fine but with the right combos, which aren't hard to get, the game felt too easy. Followers that require you to have all unique followers felt too restrictive and didn't seem worth it compared to getting multiple of the best followers.

But otherwise I just wish it was longer :)

The give stats on death followers plus the double hit, take one damage follower are the only combo that ive seen that can beat the final boss with perfect hp. I tried having the gain a bunch of faith in battle to buff a raven, it failed. I tried the hp=damage guy and a bunch of potion sellers, it failed. So, yea.

I finally beat it with full HP, it was so much fun figuring out how well everything seems to fit with each other, it's really well balanced and i really want a full version.

I will say that the portal that revives every unit seems very overpowered, and I've found myself getting it even for non-respawning builds because of the insane stall it has.

Insanely fun game !
Reviving conscripts was a nice strategy !

I love this game on god

Why isnt there an ending for beating normal mode

i need more conscriptsssssss

yessssss

juiced paladin

Ok i guess 🤷

Very interesting! I love this game.

Want a longer version so bad

I will buy this game. Add some more features and take my money please

I like this game so much

I've been playing this game for a few hours (4 or so) and I just had to leaver a comment because this game is really fun! I love the theming and game mechanics and game-play loop is very strong here. Really an extended experience would only ought to have different level designs or extended level design... but I really cannot say I'd change all too much~

For instance I think all of the Followers have unique effects and I think all of them have a place somewhere; yes some are more optimal and powerful than others, but none of them "feel bad". Surely a few more Followers could be added but I like the complexity the game offers... just need more of the game >u<

This game has a real cool Nowhere Prophet feel to it, even a homage one can say, but the simpler mechanics and streamlined game-play; quicker run times to boot, just makes it truly enjoyable. I showed this to my fiancee and she loves it too <3!

If you have any more plans to expand this game that would be awesome, but even still, I'll have many more hours of fun nonetheless. Thank you~

very cool game, took me a while to get the perfect ending

Thank you for  guide.

hey - this is excellent. REALLY good mechanics, really fun, great art. I would love to see this developed into a bigger card/roguelike/auto-battler, I really feel like you could have a pretty successful game here. I've played a good amount of this genre and this stands out.

This game was super fun, I really enjoyed it!  If you ever ported this to mobile, I think I'd probably play this everywhere I went.

It took me a few tries to beat the chaos mode. I would recommend new gamemodes so it doesn't get boring. But great game it was very fun!

I start a run and I just get the background with Exit and Restart buttons in the corner and nothing else.
Any help?
This is on Windows 10, desktop version. The browser one works fine.

Huh interesting... have never encountered anything like that. I'll look into it.

Also, we just uploaded a new version of the build. I tested it specifically for this problem and it was working fine. Please let us know if the new version doesn't work for you!

Sadly still the same.
I click to start a run, confirm (on chaos mode) and just get the background and exit/restart and nothing else.

Is there some log I could check/send to you or something?

(1 edit)

That is very strange.

It should create a log in Users/username/AppData/LocalLow/DefaultCompany/PartyFinder. It will be super helpful if you can send me the log!

(You can just post it here or email me at [REDACTED])

Don't you mean /DefaultCompany/HolderOfPlace XD.

Here is the log from a clean run where I start the game and enter the tutorial. (I admit I did then quit through esc accidentally instead through normal quit, but that shouldn't be a problem).

To me it looks like an issue with regional settings, specifically number formatting. Perhaps it doesn't like the Polish use of "," as decimal separator or something like that (Though changing that separator to "." doesn't seem to fix it). I assume the browser version doesn't have this issue due to one more degree of separation from the system where the browser mitigates it in some way.

Interesting... Seems like something went wrong when the game tries to read numbers from string keys.

It could be because of regional settings and number formatting. I never knew this is a thing. Maybe we will need a better way to parse string into float then. I will definitely do some research on that for the next build.

Today I learned something new. Thanks a lot for the log!

That was awesome! At first I didn't quite understand the game flow, but once it clicked it was really satisfying to build up a team and try steamrolling through. Sets itself apart from other card games I've tried and I can see that there are already some fun combos to work towards.

Thanks for playing!

Really neat stuff! Finally beat the purple boss after half a dozen runs. Interesting how wide a variety of decks you can make.

Thanks for playing! Hope you enjoy it!
